What are the project timescales?

We are currently consulting on our proposals in line with the DNS process. 

The Pre-application consultation will last at least 6 weeks.. All responses received will be considered, and a consultation report will prepared and published with the application.

We will then submit our DNS application, and validation will take up to six weeks. The subsequent consultation and production of Local Impact Report will take up to  5 weeks. And there will then be a 10 working day window for amendments.

There will then be an examination and Inspector’s report  which can take up to 17 weeks. The application will then be consideration by the Welsh Ministers for  up to 12 weeks. The process is around 36 weeks in total.
