How many people will the ERF employ?

The ERF will create jobs for around 35 new permanent staff when operational in addition to [up to 300 construction related jobs at the peak of the works and on average between 150 and 200  jobs per year over the  three-year construction period.
In addition during operation there will be opportunities for (indirect) employment (plant maintenance, haulage, cleaning, landscape maintenance etc). and local businesses are likely to enjoy additional custom and economic benefits during both the construction and operational periods.

Broad Energy (Wales) Limited will positively encourage the employment of local people.
